American Board of Home Care Certified

What does it mean?

There are no standards in the state of California for home care.  There is a large gap in quality of services offered.  By being a member of American Board of Home Care and CAHSAH you are assured that we are following standards set to ensure you are shielded from liability and risk.  As a certified agency, Love 2 Live, finds, screens, hires and trains care givers.  We carry Workers Compensation Insurance and bonding and liability insurance.  If you hire privately you take on all the risk and liability and must pay employment taxes, handle worker’s injuries, caregiver’s negligence, perform background checks and supervise the care giver.  In California there is a $50,000 fine for workers not covered by workers compensation insurance.  Don’t take the risks!
